Vegetable Pizza
Defrost a loaf of frozen bread dough and spread out on a pizza pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is brown. Cool. Mix 3 oz. of cream cheese, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt, and a 1 oz. package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (dry mix) in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the crust and top with 3 cups of fresh vegetables of your choice: broccoli, peppers, onion, tomatoes, etc. Then top with 1/4 lb. mozarella cheese. Chill and serve cold.
