      Ambrosia Shake

      Combine 3 cups milk, 1/3 cup orange juice, 3 small bananas, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, and 1 cup ice cubes in a blender. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide into 6 one cup portions.

      Smoothy Smooth

      Blend 2 cups Strawberry Juicy Juice, 4 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt and 1 banana in a blender until smooth, real smooth.

      Sunshine Dip

      Mix 2 cups plain yogurt and 2 tbsp. orange juice together. Use as a dip for pieces of raw fruit - peaches, strawberries, kiwi, banana.

      Yogurt Ranch Dip

      Combine 1 oz. ranch dressing mix and 2 cups lowfat plain yogurt in a large bowl until blended. Serve as a dip with celery and carrot sticks, or even potato chips.

      Peanut Butter Popovers

      1 can (10) refrigerator biscuits
      10 teaspoons peanut butter
      10 teaspoons fruit preserves or jelly

      1. Lay biscuits on cookie sheet and slightly flatten.
      2. Put 1 teaspoon peanut butter and 1 teaspoon jelly on each biscuit.
      3. Fold over each biscuit and pinch ends together tightly to seal in filling.
      4. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes (watch closely).

      Serves 10

      The sides should be pinched together well or the jelly comes out. For easier clean up, line the cookie sheet with foil. You can use less pb or j if they're too hard to pinch closed.
