    Bologna & Cheese Animals

Give each child bologna, bread, and cheese. Set out tiny cookie cutters and let children cut shapes to have for lunch. Chop up leftover bologna and cheese in blender and let children mix with mayonaisse and spread on bread shapes.

    Bologna Fun Cups

To prepare, turn a cup upside down on a plate. Place one slice bologna over cup bottom, so bologna hangs over edge. Microwave 30 seconds or until bologna forms around bottom of cup. Let cool for 30 seconds. Flip cup up and bologna will slip off and be ready to fill with macaroni and cheese, baked beans, scrambled eggs, or whatever your child likes.

    Cheese Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have your child sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheese on half of a soft flour tortilla. Then fold the tortilla in half and wrap in foil. Bake for ten minutes until the cheese is melted.

    Chicken Nuggets

Beat 1 egg and 2 tsps. milk together in a small mixing bowl. Place cornflakes in a plastic bag. Dip pieces of chicken (boneless, skinless chicken, washed, and cut into 2-inch pieces) in egg mixture, then dip in the cornflakes to coat. Put the chicken on a non stick cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

    Hot Ham & Cheese Pockets

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Take one 8 oz can. of Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls and separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. On ungreased cookier sheet, press or roll each to form a 7x5-inch rectangle. Place one ham slice and one cheese slice on each rectangle. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges to seal. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes. Makes 4 sandwiches.

    Inside-out Sandwich

Start with a slice of bread, wrap with a slice of cheese or meat and roll up with the bread inside.

    Kids' Pizza

Place English muffin halves on sheet. Spread pizza sauce on each and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Top with hot dog slices, etc. as desired. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.

    Oven-fried Drumsticks

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 1/3 cup margarine in small pan. Mix in bag: 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, and 1/2 tsp. paprika. Doing 3 or 4 at a time, shake chicken drumsticks in bag to coat. Place legs in a single layer in a 13x9x2 pan. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the chicken. Bake 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

    Quesadillas

Mix 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated) and 1/2 cup American cheese (grated). Cut 3 large whole wheat flour tortillas in half. Spoon one tablespoon of cheese mixture onto each tortilla half. Roll the tortilla like a burrito and brush with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Roll-Over Dogs

Slice 8 hot dogs lengthwise, not cutting all the way through. Fill each with 1 tsp. shredded cheddar cheese. Wrap each "dog" with a piece of breadstick dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.

    Star Sandwiches

Let children use star-shaped cookie cutters to cut stars out of pieces of bread. Have them spread softened cream cheese on their stars before eating.

    Crescent Chicken Squares

    1 small container sour cream
    2 cups cubed cooked chicken
    1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8-oz.) can Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    3/4 cup season croutons, crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine sour cream and parsley. Add chicken, salt and pepper; mix well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to center of chicken mixture; twist firmly. Pinch edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops of Chicken squares with 1 Tbsp. melted margarine; sprinkle with crushed croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. 4 servings.

    Chile Mac

Brown 1 lb. hamburger and add one pkgs chili seasoning and 1 large can tomato sauce and about 1/2 can of water. Simmer while you boil 1 lb. any kind of pasta. I use a variety each time. The little ones love the salad mac because it is so tiny. Use tube, squirly kind, shell, or any kind. Add to sauce. This is easy and fast.

    Bunny Burgers

    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    1/4 cup chopped tomato
    2 tbsp onion
    2 tbsp chopped parsley

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated carrot, chopped tomato, onion, and parsley. Shape into patties. Broil two minutes on each side or until done.
