Place a pear half (flat side down) on a lettuce leaf. In narrow end of pear, insert whole cloves for eyes and almond halves for ears. At the other end of the pear, place a spoonful of cottage cheese for a fluffy tail.
Use a blender to combine 1 cup milk, 1 6-oz. can unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg, and 10-12 ice cubes. Whirl until thick and frothy, then pour into small cups. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Cut 2 circles out of bread. (You can use a cookie cutter, a glass, whatever you have handy that's round.) Spread one circle with peanut butter or cheese spread. Then use pretzel sticks to create 'legs.' Next, top with the second circle, add 2 raisins (or chocolate chips) for eyes, and eat it before it scurries off!
